In response to the rapid growth of Axpo Iberia, this role has been created to address HR needs in Spain and Portugal. As the HR contact for nearshoring and other key areas, you'll collaborate with the HRBP to implement labor policies, local and international initiatives, and ensure Axpo remains a Great Place to Work for its growing workforce.
- Serve as the HR contact for high-growth areas, including nearshoring and Axpo services EMEA.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees, coordinating with the HRBP.
- Align Swiss business needs with Spanish legislation and company culture.
- Lead and participate in HR and business projects.
- Implement labor law changes and oversee company policies (e.g., equality plan, harassment policy).
- Design and implement local training, talent review, and succession planning initiatives.
- University degree in Psychology, ADE, labor relations, or related field.
- 5-7 years of HR experience, preferably in multinational companies.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, international team collaboration, and HR systems.
- Proficiency in Excel (expert level) and PowerPoint.
- A proactive, solution-oriented attitude with strong communication skills and a high ethical standard.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
